The conditions that we will explain below apply to all apartments managed by Welcome to Madrid, please make sure that you agree to all terms and conditions, and if you have

RESERVATIONS
The request for information for booking accommodations is done through the form of each apartment.
To confirm the reservation of each apartment the customer must pay a deposit, which varies depending on the apartment, but never exceeds 30% of the full amount for your stay.
Once the payment is made, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. The reservation is never confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
In the same e-mail, you will be told the telephone number you have to call up to contact with the agent responsible for meeting you at the check in. Once here, this person
will answer all your questions about the apartment, providing you the keys and the definitive renting contract to sign it.
At the this point the client will have to pay the remainder of the payment.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
At the time of check-in customers will have to pay a damage deposit of between €150,00 and €300,00, depending on the apartment, which will
serve as guarantee that the guests don’t cause any damage to the apartment. At the end of the stay if everything is in order, Welcome to Madrid will refund this damage deposit.
In the case of our agents find any damage in the apartment, the damage deposit will be held. This deposit will also be held in when the apartment is not given back in its
original condition (cleaning of the kitchen, rubbish removed etc).
CLEANING
Every apartment is cleaned before the customers arrive. The amount you pay for this service is between €40.00 and €80.00, depending on the
apartment, and includes the delivery of clean blankets and towels. At the check-out the customer must leave the apartment as it was received. If the flat is not in order the
price of the extra cleaning will be held from the damage deposit.
ENTRY
To confirm your reservation you will have to provide your estimated time of arrival. If for any reason you need to change this time, you should
call the phone number provided in our confirmation email to inform them of the changes. Once you confirm your arrival time one of our agents will be waiting at the front door
of the apartment. He will give you the renting contract, will show you the apartment, explaining how all the machines work, will charge you with the remaining of the
payment (including the damage deposit), and will answer any question you have.
Please provide your agent to our identity, to make the necessary registration. If you arrive by airplane to our city and desire means of transport to reach your apartment,
don’t hesitate to inform us of this, and we will take care of organize it for you.
Entrances to the apartments are possible from 15:00 onwards. If you wish to enter before, please contact us and we will try to make these arrangements. For arrivals that
occur between 22:00 and 24:00 a payment of € 30.00 will be charged. Any check-in or check-out between 24:00 and 7:00 has a surcharge of € 50.00.
STAY
Throughout your stay the key-holder, stated in your confirmation email, will be available if needed. Do not hesitate to call us if you have any
questions or you experience any unexpected events, we will try to help in any way we can.
In the event that any damage occurs in the apartment inform us immediately so we can fix the problem. You can also call us if there is any extra service which you would like
to get. We will do everything possible to help you.
OUT OF THE APARTMENT
The check-out time is at 11:00 on the morning of the final day of your reservation. If you need to leave later please let the
key-holder know when you check-in and we will try to satisfy your needs.
At the agreed time of departure, the key-holder will come to the apartment to collect the keys and return the deposit. If the check-out is between 7:00 and 9:00 an extra
payment of € 30.00 will be charged.
If you desire so, we can call a taxi for you.
PETS
Normally pets are not allowed in our apartments. If you have a pet you would like to bring with you please call us and we will try to find a solution.
BOOKING NUMBERS
The amount of people who appear on the reservation, must be those who actually occupy the apartment. If you would like to increase the
number of occupants the client must notify Welcome to Madrid before checking into the apartment, but this may never be higher than the maximum number of occupants for
this apartment. If this is not followed, Welcome to Madrid is within its rights to evict the client from the apartment and demand the proper compensation to the signer of
the renting contract.
BEHAVIOUR
The behaviour of all guests will be the responsibility of the signer of the renting contract. Note that you will be in an apartment which is
located in a community of neighbours, so to adhere to minimum standards of conduct will be necessary. These rules will be fully exposed in the contract signed at the entrance
to the floor.
The failure in keeping up with these rules will force us to evict the flat without any compensation for the guests.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES IN RESERVATIONS
If the customer inform us that he wants a change of apartment more than 90 days beforehand, it will be done as
long as the other apartment availability. Otherwise a cancellation may be made. If you would like to make a change of dates, fee of €20.00 is required and the request must
be made more than 30 days in advance and that the number of booked days are the same that the previous reservation. In the case of cancellations:
- Announced more than 90 days beforehand. The deposit will be refunded, less € 50.00 for management costs.
- Announced between 30 and 90 days in advance, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Announced less than 30 days before, the full price for the apartment will be charged.
CHANGES
In the case that that there is a problem with the requested apartment(such as reconstruction work, repairs, etc. ...), and Welcome to Madrid can
not give you the reserved apartment, we will try to offer you an apartment located in the same area with the same features or better of that which has been reserved. In case
you do not agree with the change, you are entitled to reserve full refund.
LIABILITY
Welcome to Madrid and the owner are not responsible for any damage caused during the stay in the apartment. Nor are they responsible for
the property of the guests during their trip and stay in the apartment. Booking an apartment with Welcome to Madrid means your acceptation and agreement with all terms and
conditions here exposed.
